Hello Spunky Cooks,
We are a collective of "good food enthusiasts" who are compiling a selection of recipes from members of our community with a focus on wholefood* and natural, organic, sustainably sourced ingredients. With these recipes we intend to release a collection in volumes to raise funds for various activist campaigns, the first of which will be fundraising to send a group of students and activists from the West coast of Australia to the "Students of Sustainability" conference in July of 2008.

We are requesting that you forward to us, at cookbook@riseup.net, a copy of your favourite recipe with a short paragraph explaining why you love it, and/or the history of your relationship with that recipe for inclusion in the collection. Please feel free to send pictures that are relevant to your recipe or story (a photo of the finished dish, a photo of you preparing the dish, a photo of your Great Aunt Beryl who made it better than anyone else etc.)
Please note that photos may, or may not, be included in the final publication.
The deadline for recipes to be included in this edition is Monday 26 May 2008.
